The apartment is on the fifth floor of a brand new building inside a genteel residential complex. It is a delicious gambrel roof mini loft with independent entrance and elevator on the floor.

The apartment is composed by a living room with couch, Up & Down table, TV, closet with drawers, reclining end table with 2 bar stooli. In the night room there are a double bed, 3 shutters wardrobe with 3 drawers, 2 stand-alone drawers, closet and utility room. The kitchenette has avilable a 2 gas burners, washbasin with hot and cold drinking water, half-size refrigerator, microwave oven, dish rack, cookware, 4 people dinner set, exhaust fan, capacious pantry. Bathroom is complete of basin, bidet, WC, Shower, closet, utility zone with washing machine and cleanup equipments. There is a delicious panoramic 3 square meters terrace over the city and out of sight from others. For the guests is available a reserved car parking place inside the complex. In the apartment also there ise Air Conditioning warm and cool and ADSL Internet Connection (cable and/or Wii-Fi). Furnishing is very nice and functional, the apartment can accomodate a maximum of 2 persons with a little child. On request is possible to supply a Baby cot, highchair and, where possible, whatever you could need for your Baby.
